The president of Estate Craft Homes is Casey Butaud. Casey
was born and raised right here in Montgomery County Texas and has developed
his company to reflect his strong sense of commitment to this community.
An honest approach and strong work ethic developed after serving a four year
tour in the United States Marine Corp are the cornerstones on which Estate Craft
Homes has been built. In addition to integrity Casey brings significant business
savvy, gained by having attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with
a Real Estate Emphasis after attending Sam Houston State and Tarleton State
Universities. Although Casey has been focused on new home construction for the
past five years, he has experience in numerous areas of real estate. While
attending college Casey began selling real estate as an agent, later earning
his Broker's license. While still marketing real estate he expanded his brokerage
service to include management and a make-ready service for bank owned foreclosure
properties. This make-ready service gradually grew into a full service remodeling
company and finally into new home construction. Casey has deliberately and methodically developed and broadened his avenue of industry knowledge to expand his company, Estate Craft Homes, into a business committed to delivering uncompromising quality, innovative design and outstanding customer service from beginning to end.
