What Does A New Home Cost?
New home construction is figured on cost per square foot. For example, a 2,500 square foot home built for $100 per Square foot would equal $250,000.00. The cost of your home cannot be determined until complete plans and specifications are presented. Two homes of equal square footage may differ greatly in price due to the finish specifications, fixtures, etc.
