How are your slabs designed?
All slabs are designed by a licensed and registered engineer. All slabs are
poured to the specifications that the engineer designs. (i.e., the depth and

Yes, slabs are treated for termites before concrete is poured. (Back

Are your houses inspected if we build outside the city
limits?
Yes, all houses are inspected by a third party to ensure proper accountability

How are your houses ventilated?
All houses have a Continuous perforated hardi-soffit around the outside or
the house with a Ridge vent on the roof for escaping hot air and proper ventilations

What is your standard SEER rating for the HVAC system?
All Estate Craft Homes come with a standard 14 SEER (code as of Jan 1,
2006) which is the minimum required by Energy compliance Buildings. Upgrades
